Well i have got myself an extra gauge panel and look what i have just bought!!!!

Oh for those of you that have an extra gauge panel how is it attached to the gear surround? Pics to follow!!!

Nice.... Never seen one out, but I believe it needs to be drilled and attached to the gear surround with screws.

There are 2 screws on the top aswell which go in the dash.

Yeh cheers i have done the ones into the dash,as the panel is in the car wired uop with a voltmeter and a 240 clock at the mo, but i cant work out how its screwed to the gear surround becasue you wont be able tio re fit the gear surround if you understand me?

It's held in at the base by two clippy things...surely you can see them?

Speaking about gauge panels.. I made my own because I couldn't find original one. A Little asymmetrical maybe but it looks better irl than it looks on pics. :P I'm satisfied for the result considering the sophisticated tools I used.. A hacksaw, a power drill and a metal file.. :D

What do we have here.. A sheet of scrap metal. Perfect for making gauge panels for 300-series Volvos. :D

Now that looks nice, any pics of it in the car with gauges? Exellent stuff, I like creativeness to resolve problems, or rare items being scarce!
