You could try tombutterworth on ebay. Where are you based? Maybe a plastic printing person could help - scan your other side, invert it in CAD and Bob's yer uncle. Its just like that ;-0

I couldn't make from your story which corner you are after.
I was killing some time (why else do we have X-mas) and saw the following corners up for sale on Ebay Germany:

I couldn't find the rear lefthandside corner 3269858
The clips needed to install the corners on the brackets are 3274717 but I couldn't find those either.
