Really epic work saving that one. They've nearly all rusted away around here or maybe they keep better upside down ;-0

Welcome to the forum :)

2nd pic looks gorgeous, is it in Canterbury?

Is a headlight wiper blades missing? You can buy them on ebay for about £8 guessing postage to NZ would be the same again.

It's spent it's life in the central South island so next to no rust! Couple bubbles on the sunroof :( @bogbasic

Mind if I ask what you paid for it? Looks like $1000-1200?

I went through Omarama in February this year, I was on my way to Twizel. Absolutely gorgeous place although driving a "slammed" 325 bmw wasn't the best as my head hit the roof three times!

Pfffffff restored, just needs a polish

We either have good ones, or completely horrible ones. There is no in between. I usually get the broken ones from around me and part them out to save the others :) I've got one under the knife at the moment

Not worth it. Just give it to me :) find out where its leaking. If its a sump gasket then that's piece of Piss. Front crank seal is quite a bit more intense.
