Anybody know of or have any presentable and tested 340 autos in a 5 door for sale? Would consider a manual for the right price.

Yes, I do. There is one at a breaker called Heartenoak car parts (Hawkhurst car salvage - just google them) in Kent which I was thinking of getting next year but seriously and honestly cannot cope. It is a blue 5-door and all it needs is a starter motor. One bit of rust on the bonnet but apart from that it was pretty imac. He has kept it in a separate enclosure so it shouldn't have been raided too much for parts bar the starter motor! He said it would run well with a new starter and was getting less indignant when I said £300. It'll need trailoring, etc, but would be a great project especially if you want to keep it in auto-form.
