Wanted. Mint 360GLT or a 340GLT, any age but must be free from rust and with lowish milage. Basically the best I can afford! Ill consider GLs and Dls if they are in good enough nick,

there are a few mint 360 glt's on autotrader at the moment.

340 GLT doesn't exist....GLE was the highest spec they did. I'd really not bother seeking out a low mileage example - they can actually be more trouble than a better-used one. They're naturally 'fresher', but it makes very little difference when the newest cars are 14 years old.

You're looking for (as you say) RUST and maintainance records, rather than low mileage. Well looked after, they last indefinitely. Even Hugh's "you'd think he hated it by the way it got treated" 340 1.4 called Nessy has made it to 182k...to date Just pulling your leg Hugh

rust is all ya need to check, anything else can be replaced cheap. rust cant.

There is no 340 GLT...
