Post by D4V2K1 »

Does anyone know where i can buy just a single ignition lead for my '89 360?

I'm needing the one that goes from the coil to the distributer. :?

I think Halfords would do one, or the dealer or a motor factor. If you buy from a factor, make sure you get a recognised make like Bosch etc. Not worth taking the risk on cheapo parts here because if that lead fails so does the engine.

WHY ?

I would always change the leads in a full set.

Any one else here had factors tring to fob you off with 400 series leads?

I got a full set of bosch leads, but the coil lead was about half as long as it needs to be. It was the only set that halfrauds had in for the 360 and i needed them so i had to use them. Just need the correct 5th lead to make it perfect. :x
