LOL, how'd ya come by that, are they more commonly available in the UK for the 900's. Not an import from Finland then? But sadly, this thread is useless without pictures, sooooooo, let see some when it's on!

It was on ebay, Ive bought it but just waiting for the cheque to get to the bloke, and for the snowcap to come back.

I dont know if they are common in the U.K, i just bought it!

Heres the mean machine that donated it. Unforunately it was recently mullered in an accident and has been broken up, hence me buying the snowcap.

Ah yes, I heard of the sorry state of that awesome machine, but hadn't seen the damage, at least it will live on in a way on many other cars then! That snow cap looks pretty cool. Hope it arrives safe and well, and post some pics once it's on!

Finally got around to fitting my snowcap today, which Ari kindly sent sometime ago. I'd just not had the time or day light to fit it, so after Christmas lunch, dodged the clearing up and got outside and fitted it!

OK!

ive got the snowcap.... I dont know how it attatches to the car though! It has 4 " prongs" that stick down and slot onto the grille intake at the bottom of my 940s windscreen and 4 seperate clip things that somehow must clip onto the snowcap and hold it on.. im confused... help!!

Well the 340 one slots into the gaps in the standard grill then it uses self tappers from behind to keep it pulled down? If that doesnt help stick some pics on here!!

I think i may have sussed it....... maybe!

First thing to do is to paint it. Needs sanding back alot first though.... the original paint job is not too good!

I forgot to ask.. when is the Ludlow trip again?

Have just bought a Snowcap for my 940 Turbo from Volvo Dealer, part number: 3529534, (£27.20), I guess it was you that bought the silver one on E-Bay!.
Will try and copy the fitting instruction for you if it will help, the fitting looks the same as the ones I had on my 240, managed to get a snowcap for my 360 GLT all the way from Finland, well worth the search.
Cheers,
Kevin.
