I think we could do with a couple of other new forums ,


WHEN the forum gets updated

Technical guide ( already suggeated I know)

300 in sport ( rally drifting etc )

300s 0n tv

and a seperate one for all the brilliant photoshop ideas





that are coming through ( perhaps even a photoshop section in the gallery )


then any thing pertaining to these topics could be removed from the general and other forums ( bit of a tidy up needed eh !! )

what do others think ?

I have to say I agree, only because I see technical articles I can use and then loose them again because so many new topics spring up

Most of us here have other volvos ( yes thats right volvo didnt just make 340's and 360's) It would give us all a place to talk about them.

I think a topic on 300s on TV is more than enough, never mind a whole forum!

I don't see a problem with having a forum for other models - as long as users keep their colossal barges safely garaged in their own area and don't spill out into the other forums

I don't want to ghettoise anyone, but we have enough diversity already with the various 300 types, engines etc.

It's a tough one really, in one part I think the other Volvo models are interesting and I like alot of the cars around the same era as the 300 - but then again this is 300 mania, for Volvo 300s...

Yeah, I know we are 300mania, but really don't want to loose people who have 300's as well as others. As we are, there arn't any discussions on other models, just how we can cannabilise them to best effect

Hmm. V3M is obviously for 300's. We have guys here with other Volvos who know V3M ers, but they never want to talk about thier cars, just other peoples or general talk. For the few posts about other cars I guess general discussion surfices.

we welcome anyone , (they usually end up buying a 300 anyway )

as far as giving them there own forum is concerened, im not so sure, we are in danger of losing our identity,

after all we dont want to become the YVOC (YOUNG VOLVO OWNERS CLUB ) lol
