I've got a feeling it is, I signed up a while a go, I think Ali posted a link to it on here. It's got a lot of media coverage, but so far failed to deliver anything. Still, we can but hope, one of my local stations went back down to 91.9 this week, still a rediculous price.

I was getting 100 miles to £20 a few weeks ago Ali, not good at all! When I first passed, there was a great price war between 4 petrol stations on the same roundabout in Watford, rest of the country was around 75-80p, this had a Shell, Texaco, Asda's and Sainsburies, price went down to 39.9 for a month or two! Didn't last too long though :(

Holland wins... ( ) EURO 95 = from 1.35 on cheap spots, to over 1.50 at the motorway stations...

premium fuels are 5 to 10 cts above those prices.

That is €/l and there is listed several gas stations. I have not had money start my car after March, result of that has been that I'm visiting shop only once a week bases and I have been able to save a bit too.
