Big Scrappie in the sky - goodbye 360

Well this morning I decided that the 360 I bought 6 months ago needed alot more work than she was worth.
The boot catch panel has stressed and split, there are a number of chassis splits under the car from my love of sideways, bad corrosion on the sills, leaking sunroof and a really annoying dashbored rattle grrrr!!!!
So I've taken out the 6 gauge dash, all the wiring and pipework that may be useful and the multitude of scotch blox that were in the harness along with all the bulbs and the grill with my moose badge (maybe for the next one

)
I'm going to stick in the boot a spare B200e engine and manual gearbox along with 2 spare 200 series front doors.
I'm going to weigh her in for scrap so I'll post how much she weighed in at and how much it was worth later today.

and then you can buy the redline and start all over again
you might want to keep the parcel shelf and floor mats as they are getting quite rare now

Or you could break up the useful parts for people who need them....

I'm with Steve, if you're gonna chuck it, at least pull the rarer stuff from it, There's going to be a world shortage of electric stuff one day
And if the front door cards havn't started pealing, I'd probably be keen.
Shame it has to go though, pics looked nice (then so did Beast's)

She's all loaded up with scrap right now, count down of 2hrs to go, sorry shimon if I'd have known I'd have given them to you but they are buried under rubbish in the boot now!!
I have just phoned the scrap merchant nd been told the engine is worth more if you weigh it in seperatly from the car it's self!!! So they have kindly offered to pull it out and weigh it for me!!! How kind are they? Anyway I will post when it is gone.

Well ladies and gentlemen the grand total of £75 scrap value for the 360, which I was pleased with as I did manage to strip out everything I wanted from her including the wiring loom, as I wanted the plastic connectors.
So I'm back to the 240 again, cool!

No james, the local merchants, Simms Metals. What 360 parts are you after as I stripped quite a few parts off her before she went.
