anyone got a cheapy radio anymake or model preferably with a code and wires. tape prefered along with radio. a complete and working c3001 radio (the ones without FM) would be awesome.

You want a C3001! - I thought only people like me have those , the scrappy up here had about 5 a few months back.

i've been through 3 radios in the last month and my old c3001 never gave up so i'm guessing it'd be more economical to stop buying car boot radios and go back to the original. the reverse button is nice too.

3 in a month?!?!! You checked you alternator regulator is working? That almost sounds like they are getting spiked. Not sure what else would kill it... a speaker lead shorting or grounding could too I'd guess, depending on the protection used in the HU

i think its more like buying radios for £1 from car boot sales. i have one from an alegro but it plays tapes about a quarter too slow. makes for unprecedented remixes of popular classics tho.

anyone got a radio that'd fit the standard loom or one with a wiring diagram?
