Aukki was looking for one door card in an odd colour, however I think it was a browny colour as opposed to cream, but it might be worth a PM. I searched for the thread and his link is now dead to the picture.

Aukki's were brown: here's the picture:
That's a very clean looking interior, Dai ...

Ah well done chap! I had a feeling it wasn't cream, but couldn't be 100% sure!

Following information only for real geeks like me
I just had a quick look in my brochures. Aukki's "brown" was actually called "beige", and was only available in '83 and '84 in "Tweed" and "Velours" trim levels.
Dai's "cream" was also called "beige" but was a much lighter shade than the trim offered on the Mk2 and was on offer from '87 onwards, also in "Tweed" and "Velours".
For anyone still reading, "Beige Velours" was dropped in 1989.
Then there's also the Mk1 - that had different door cards again ... But I'd better stop boring you all

Interesting info, I hope it helps someone find Aukki the doorcards he requires! A proper Volvo300Maniac at work with all that info!

That looks sooo nice... if I wasn't worried about getting it dirty I'd swap the blueline interior out of Fake for that. Never seen a biege one before, only seen in it the brochures.

There were some pretty funky-looking reds & greens available up 'till 1986 as well. Shame most of them end up in the crusher ...
Not too sure about the browns available in 1976 though. Ugh ...

Yeah, I've seen the red's, green and the blue plush's before though

(Infact... just incase anyone needs, I still have a pair of door pulls that are uncracked in green, I thought they'd be rare so pulled them a couple of years ago, seems they are so rare that no one needs them

)
Hmm, I am tempted for one of my cars... need to think it over, so if anyone else is keen, get involved!
