Ok, I took motor + fan out from car, luckily it is very easy job in our cars, 5 mins later I was testing it with +12V and nothing, tested with amp meter and no, it does not take electricity, after lot of beating I still have not managed to get motor open, only ton of black powder has come out from inside. Part says it is made in UK, don't know if that is good or bad
Okay, I disassembled motor and found there is not much, but enough brushes and also noticed that one carbon colour rod was where it should not have been, it was detached from spiral thing where it should be, so put that back and found out that I do have bit of dilemma here, brushes are jumping out from their places before I can get that end cap placed properly, now I would need to find a way how I could keep brushes on place and release them after assembling end cap of motor, but I seem not to find any method suitable, how this should be done?
