What a great big chore of a job!!!

Today i finished a job the previous owner started, they removed the big rubber type stripes from along the doors/wings/rear quarter but left a ton of glue type foam stuff.

So today i spent literally hours with tar/glue remover and quite possibly giving my hands skin cancer lol to make it look like this...

... I'm quite happy





Next to go the sticker type stripes..

Looks fantastic, good job! The very first 343s in '76 and '77 (and some of the later Mk2 "economy" models) never had door strips and looked nice 'n' pure ...



... I suppose as the car's designer intended.

I've always been a fan of clean lines with no body kit, trim etc and the 300 series pulls it of nicely
