I have to sell my awesome 340.
I hardly drive at all since I moved to London and my partner won't get rid of his damn Astra so I have to get rid of my trusty car.
Volvo 343DL - beige, 3 door hatchback, 1983 Y reg - 1397cc petrol engine
Great condition for age!
Great condition interior, clean upholstery, immaculate carpets.
No mods except speakers in parcel shelf.
83605 miles
Have owned it since 2002, bought it from the old couple who had it from new.
12 months MOT (up to end of May 08), tax to 07/07.
Currently kept off road in Leicester.
£150
More details and photos if anyone's interested...

That car is awesome! We're contemplating buying an F-plate 340 we've spotted for £100 (a Nessy clone, if case anyone is curious....for use while Nessy is being tidyied), but that is far more tempting.
cheers
James

Looks like a damn nice car that... any rust?

Hardly any rust considering its age.
There's a couple of spots around the body like this (this is the worst patch)
This crazed paint is below the windscreen on the drivers side
Nothing on the door sills
3 of the wheel arches have a rusty corner like this
This patch behind the rear bumper but the rest looks fine to me underneath
I don't think there's any more...

12 months MOT and almost no rust worth mentioning, £150 is an absolute steal.
Trying to haggle at this price is just taking the mick (sorry redline
