Really should start work on this

After many years of hibernation, and despite needing funds for other things. I really need to start gettin to work on my rusty ol' 3dr 360.
Just a quick Question or 2 (first of many I expect)
1) How hard is it to repalce the front crossmember (dad took an angle grinder to it to get the bonnet catch off
)
2) What are the main things that will be hard to get hold of? How many bits can I nab off 3dr 340s and 5dr 360s?
