How to make the side-lights active again?

Hi.

On my Volvo 360 GL i have these orange side-mark lights (the ones on each side of the bumper). Since those lights were illegal in Norway the time the car was new - those lights is not activated. But in 1999 those lights became legal. So i really want to connect those lights again.
So i have to do something with the car to make those fancy lights work.

Anyone who knows how to do this? Maybe its just a fuse that has been removed? Maybe someone know how to make these lights work again?!

have a look and see if there is a wire leading from the front of the car into the bumper - if there is it might simply be a case of hooking that wire up and putting a bulb in!

Are we talking about the small orange indicator repeaters? If so, that should be easy to sort. Firstly, check there is a lamp/holder behind the lens, and if so, check there is a wire for it, which might as well run to the 'main' front indicator.
