I 've been working on Volvos since,........Its so long i can't remember.Anyway, theres so much competition parts available for the 200 series compared the 300 series that i'm seriously considering a conversion to the 200,for rallying that is.Its super strong, built like a tank and everything is available off the shelf for the 240;and apart from that if you buy anything from the U.S.A ITS half the price.I wanted to ask all of your opinians coz you are my brethrin.
Sorry for my spelling;I'm welsh+pi**ed

I am almost in agreement with you, on the availability of everything 360's are pretty appalling. However I like the nippyness and more compact handling of the 360. Oh and you've got pm
Thanks
Jason

It's tempting-only their barge like qualities put me off.
Fine for the woods but the lanes would appear even narrower than normal
Wouldn't build one mesel'-plenty about in Nordic countries, well specced and comparatively cheap.
Short hol with the trailer and ya sorted.
Let's know if ya get one.

I've been planning a hol to Norway quite soon,(Don't tell the missus she'll freak),to get a fully kitted out 240,to drive back to Blighty, watts linkage the lot.The prices are so cheap.
P.S.I won two autotest competition championships In a 240 GLT.!!!!
P.P.S.They laughed once;but only once!!

Nice one-go for it
I love left hookers as well-most people can't drive with the wheel on the right so when ya spank them with it on the wrongside-all the more pleasurable

It is unbeliveable how easy it is to convert a 240 LHD to RHD.Two plates in the front bulkhead need removing and replaced with RHD ones and a RHD rack is needed. And the dash of course. Its a bit hard to read the guages from the other side of the car!!!!!
And thats it.
I wish everything was as easy as that,But is it ever,is it *@?>...........?
But that is my question;

No worries.Gotta sell all my 300 spares beforehand though,to make something to buy the 200 stuff.
