Y cam was used in carb versions, but then I don't know if those with catalytic converters had different cam again, however those should be B200F, imo.

In the green books says:"Y" cam B200K ( low compresion);"M"cam B200F ;"L" cam B200K and B19A ; "A" cam B200E ;"K" cam B19RS

'E' engines in a 360 always had an 'A' cam.
