So, I had driven 5 hours and finally reached my house, spring has come and weather has been bit warmer lately, I drive to yard which looks dry and good, all of sudden car sinks into ground, I try to reverse and swing back and forth but car won't move.

Here I have put 1 brick and those planks under the tires already:


Could not get it out before dark came, so have to sleep on sofa as I don't have bed yet in there and at morning with new effort I eventually managed to get car out, however it did came with cost, rear tires did loose lot of studs even I did try to be very careful not to spin tires as it does not do any good.

As you can see, car did sunk so deep that oilpan and exhaust left their pattern to ground:

There was water 2cm below surface, mostly mud in there.

All rust on my car has appeared in one year, looks like that previous owner has been painting over the rust, so need to do big work if I intend to keep that car.

cor wish i had a bit of quicksand arround somerset!!
