Hi guys,

I posted about a year ago regarding a project at volvo to make scans and thus sell service manuals, wiring diagrams and service bulletins using the documents in Volvo's archives. This project was to replace the Volvo Document Archive store located in Arendel, next to the Volvo museum in Goteborg. Before now, if you emailed Global Customer Relations in Sweden you could order manuals from here - or go in person to buy some if you happened to be in Sweden.

The GCR team have been very helpful to me sending a B14 engine manual and a complete Volvo 66 set too :) They sent items from the document store (all nice and new!) or photocopies once the store was all sold. The Volvo Archives keep one of every service manaul, service bulletin etc. They gave all remaining PV manuals (keeping one of each original for the archive) to the PV club of sweden to sell/share with their members.

Many documents have been available via the US site www.volvotechinfo.com but now the first DVD is now ready via the European site

https://www.volvocarstechinfo.ford.com/vss/

You'll need to register but that doesnt take long.

The product which might interest people here is TP 51704.

Details below:

The project continues for earlier and later models too....

Enjoy!! :)

hi there

I had a look round the site when it was first up and running about 10 months ago. It contained then only new stuff for dealers. I've been in contact with volvo about the manuals during the past few months. A friend there emailed me the TP number for the DVD set with the 300s on last week. I've not browsed the site loads just yet...Im hoping the search is easy to find other stuff. the american site www.volvotechinfo.com has lots of great stuff but they only ship to USA...so Im gonna blag a friend in new york to forward stuff to me :)

If you want I can ask for the TP number for some other models too?

I was just trying to browse, and there is no list of bits, and the search I can't get to work, it seems to return irrelevant answers no matter what I put in ;)
