Lowering blocks..

Since I can't get hold of Classicswede, Does Escort mk1/2 lowering blocks and u-bolts fit Volvo?? also anyone know what is size for ARB bushes, does anyone do a kit??

You can use any block which will physically fit. You don't use U-bolts though. You just use 4 bolts in the standard position, but longer to accommodate the block - have a look and you will see what I mean.
Polybush advertise as supplying for the V300 - although I'm not sure what exactly they offer.

aah..I see!! Rang Polybush, nothing for 300's..

Well at least SuperPro has some polybushes available for 300-series.

And any rally shop or similiar should be able to make custom ones if you bring them a stock bush as a model.

Escort MK1-2 blocks are straight fit (got mine from Rally Design),
1.5" blocks £9!!

Did you have any problems fitting them?? cause i read in post somewhere you need to make a modification somewhere if you lower the back by over an inch? Also how are you going about the front springs?

No problems, 1 bolt hole , each side, needed filing to clear drive shaft (2 minute job)
I'm using coil overs, so just "wind them down"

I believe it could have been the handbrake cable needs re-routing, although only some models. (eg just 340's or just 360's, I can't remember which)

ahh, no hand brake cables on mine I've gone hydraulic..
