Tax has run out on the black 360, so I've decided to SORN it til spring. The drivers door is getting worse and I'd rather not expose the surrounding area to the perils of winter, so having got myself a door (albeit in red) I've decided to crack on and get the car sorted and painted over this winter. I've also acquired a spare set of alloys that I'm going to get chromed and I shall probably lower the car too - million dollar question is do I get the decals recreated?
I'm also going to get my mk2 to a bodyshop for wings, valance repair, arches & passenger doorskin - on the grounds that 1) it's a 3-door mk2 & 2) it's nicely spec'd up, local and low mileage... I'm getting a set of mk2 GLT alloys for it and I may well lower it too.
