looks nice, although i think the good ol' needle is the best.

Needles have a lot of advantages...
You can see the speed changes perfectly (without looking at the dashboard). I found it horrible
on a Renault Twingo, the refresh happens every +/- 2 sec, MUCH TO LONG and shorter
would be unreadable...

What a nice dashboard. Volvo would have been able to
design one but the experience of renault with the electronic R25 showed us that too much
electronic can lead to very bad electric problems. That's the reason why Volvo didn't do o
adshboard like this. However I think that the 440 Turbo has an electronic dashboard. But the
400 series has a motor of a Renault.
If anyone of you has a renault, just consider that I am making fun of the french cars because I
am FRENCH

. LOL

That's a photoshop, right?.....There's no detail on the
panel?
Either than or he's just replaced it with an all-blank panel.
Either way, an interesting concept!

British built.....they got about as far as programming in "I've
broken down"....which in a Maestro would probably suffice!
Janitor - are you 'Bigbird' (I think?) from the VOC forum?
cheers

Ah! If I remember correctly he was enquiring about some
details involving the transmission...and not getting any answers out of the residents!
There is a 360 somewhere in sweden with a transmission / drivetrain swap (incl different rear
suspension).....if I ever made a seriously powerful 360 this is what I'd do too - although as you
say, it would need the floorpan snipping - and on a car as rare as yours, that's a bit drastic.
I'd do it to a random 'otherwise to be scrapped' GLT though

cheers
