I just found Renault 19 16v and he has the engine but the head is out of the car. How much should I offer hime for the engine, ecu and loom? Bearing in mind it's half built. Any help would be mint.

Does £120 sound fair? That's that's what he's after. Going to have a look either tomorrow or next weekend. Hope it's ok.

She's got 88k on the bottom, but he didn't say about the head. Nevermind, road trip next week to go get her.

i paid £75 all in for mine. then spent a lot of money on a ground up rebuild. i do have a second one lined up at £50

Mileage is often irrelivant (mine had 56k with all service history to back this up), but as i've just found out all is not as it should be, and i'm sure you lot will know more about it when i do

I'll try and squeeze it down somewhat. I'm taking 2 engine builders with me to check it over, but as it's in bits, they cant tell me too much as they can't hear it running. Still, I couldn't find one around my area, so I'll settle for this one....after I knock him down.
