I was chatting to my mate the other evening, who moved to Sweden last year as he was getting hacked off with this country.

Anyway he told me he had been to a Volvo show over there and sent me some pics.... sadly i can't find them now

Don't get me started on 240's!!!!!

I said to the mrs, ''I need an estate for moving bits and the dog''...................... You know exactly what came next.

Surely cars don't need to be justified, but good choice, i'm starting to really warm to 200's what with two of my mates both getting estates recently. One a GLt, the other a Torslander, which is absolutely mint.

I think it's strange though for such a big car there isn't a huge amount of leg room in the back of them, and i'm not that tall either.

But you can easily fit a sofa into trunk of sedan 240

I saw a loverly torslander on the bay I think the other day. Stop it stop it stop it!

It is actually my daily, well actually it was was, as it has bit of rust in it, but rest is solid and original, 83-model with 6-cylinder VW engine.

It is bit cleaner at the moment than in those pics which I took after long drive, wet and dirty roads from autumn to spring.

Someone might think that it can't have serious rust problem?



It has also quite large holes in several places, some I have kind of fixed, some need fixing, but I'm not too sure that it will be back on road, might be better idea to get another one wihtout that big rust problem and make one good from two.

Looks so clean from 10 feet away dude.
Really like it though.
