Good williams engine price?

Someone I don't really know has offered me £200 for a 10k williams motor. Yet to inspect it, he seemed dodgy but I'm actually none the wiser to how much I should pay for a williams.

If it genuinely has done 10k thats a bargain.

I paid more for mine than that, had done 60k something with paperwork to prove but turned out to have a snapped cambelt :?

If it's good, that's a fair price for one. But, if he seemed dodgey, I'd say steer clear, until one you're more comfortable with comes along. It's not such an AMAZING price that you'll never see one offered for that much again.

Some people just seem to get silly cheap bargains, but sadly i'm not one of those people.

Here's a few for price comparison

I checked it out and politely laughed in his face. I'd take a guess at 120k plus on this motor. He had it running on a crane and it sounded like a transit

He didn't help matters when I checked the papers and he let slip that the clio "was involved in an incident".

At least I've got an idea now of what to pay.
