Two holes in my rear end

Just wondering what may have gone on with my rear end
Anyone know about the cut outs ? and how to put it right.

Im affraid that was the direct result of a Towbar fitment to the car the bumper was formerly attatched to.

You could fit a Towbar and that would fill the gaps.
It never bothered me, but i suppose the ideal solution would be a different Bumper.

I know Foggyjames has one somewhere.........................................................
