Dashboard lights on

Dashboard lights on

From today, I have noticed that after turning the engine off and taking out the key the red warning lights are staying on, I hope they don't stay on all night and I have a flat battery in the morning.
I have been doing a bit of engine compartment cleaning this week, but I have sprayed a WD 40 type spray after drying.
Any idear's ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ?

Warning lights on again this morning, but starts fine, they come on after you have locked up :roll:

Seems ok this afternoon, must have been damp.
