£55 paid through paypal on 19th or 21st (depending on when my money comes in) - My other half sent the last post, my Email is diano455@yahoo.co.uk, gimme your paypal email adress and i'll send the money when I have it.

Have you got a pic of the guard? is there a model name/number so I can find out how it fits, I have 3 large dogs so it has to give the whole back of car with seats down preferably.

The fittings for the dog guard are screwed onto the back seat, the guard then slides into these. Here's a pic from the accessory brochure:

I should have some fitting instructions for the early version (a kind of "netting") somewhere if it helps ...

Oh.

thats news to me Trabitom!

I dont have any fittings! hmm, will have to check the garage over again.

CBA - Will check to see if i can find this "fitting kit" as i wouldnt want to sell it on without, as it wouldnt be very good at its job. If you would still like it regardless of that, no problem, and we'll sort something out :)

so can this be fit so the back seats are down, so the dogs get the whole rear passenger space and the boot?

No it cant, you would have to fabricate something like a bigger cage, this attaches to the seats when theyre are fixed in postion, giving them boot space only.

I think you'll be hard pressed to find something off the shelf that will fit with the vehicles rearseats folded flat.

What you really need is a 340 VAN:

Looks like it was always meant to be a van, the floor space is incredible! I could just take out the back seats for the dogs... hmm.

something to slow them down... a dog has a lot of inertia!, it crosses my mind that they will go flying, but when you gotta brake you gotta brake, THUMP! the mound will be good. my smallest husky loves speed, she doesn't ever go thump!, got her balance sorted, knows when to hang on! though my wolf-dog is a puke machine, and goes thump sm81 and my older husky goes thump occasionally and pukes now and again... puking and thumping seem to have a positive correlation...
