Hey guys, well I think my carbs slowly starting to pack up on me again, and knowing the threads for the air correction jets are stuffed I think it may be better to just replace the carb..

So.... I'm after a carb...lol! The one I currently have fitted is a Weber 32DIR (104-100 if necessary) so the closer it is to that the better, fitted on the latest of the 1.4's I believe.

I don't mind if it needs a cleanup or whatever as i'll give it a good cleanup n what not the lower the milage the engine it came from, the better :)

The more local the better unless your willing to post :)

Thanks dudes!

go for a DIR 104 or a DIR 109

avoid all other numbers! :D

Had a feeling that'd be the case, thanks mate :) I take it these are a better or at least latest revision of the 32DIR then?

they're for B14.4E with the 412A renix map, only practical difference between the 2 of them is a connection for the fuel-cutoff system (at the throttle lever)

105 and 110 are for B14.4S as they both are equipped with connections for EGR and decellerate mechanisms (this is mounted to the carb aswell), besides that a few jets are different and allmost every bore in the carb is different, placing one of those on it will definatly make poor economy + louzy performance and we don't want that :D

all the other-other numbers; 83,89,93,101 etc are for example ment with the 402 renix map (MY84>MY86), or the b14.0 with smaller inlet valves, point ignition etc.

basic model is 32DIR found on every B14 except the B14.3E but the varieties between them are huge..

sorry for the long story, my fingers were itching
