A spotted a 343 today.
With an old style dash, points, a y shaped spare wheel restrainer, and many other crazy differences from the norm.
Liked it so much I bought it.

I cant afford to insure it atm, so its having a rest in Johns unit. And getting a 5 speed box conversion. And having its doors transplanted. 3 motorway/b road hrs with a tired lump and a 4 speed box wasnt much fun.

my GLS is getting a strip down after august hopefully, and ive got a 2.3 lump sitting in my unit doing nothing so could be a swap!

i think i can call that no one on heres got a v300 the same coulour as my 340? none tthat ive seen anyway

Yep. In all it's weird mk1.5ness. Seems a decent enough, honest car. Drove alright. Nice and tight considering.
