b200f with solex 34-34 carb, mixture

As title on the solex carb which direction on the mixture screw is lean is it clockwise or anti clockwise?

Its like a tapered valve. Clockwise tightens and pushes the taper closer weakening the mixture. Likewise anti-clockwise loosens and opens it up strengthening the mixture. You probably should not mess about with it unless you have a meter to do the adjustment properly. Mixture setting makes only a small difference to the running, so do not expect to 'fix' problems by adjusting the mixture.
