360 head rests

On the leather seats I've dropped into Vicky's car the plastic trim has cracked. Is it possible to replace it or will I have to glue it back together.

It bugging me now as it lets the seats down

You can replace mate as the headrests will unclip but you need to open the bottom of the seat up to get to them.

I've pulled the cover off the old seat. Seen a nylon clip on each side and removed them ( snapped off) But the head rest is still on solid?

What am I doing wrong?

Might be seized in, it should pull straight out mate!!!!

Indeed...but you took both clips out, right? Presumably you're just going to replace the plastic trim?

Yep took both off. I'll try a bit of squirt on it.
I only want to change the plasic part (I'll need to spray it black)
