Quick question: On a b200 e block, can i swap the head from a b19a? I'm worried about how the timing wheels will ne aligned or not. Ps: The car is from 86, and the head drom b19 is from 84. Many thanks.

Heads should be interchangeble. Not sure if there are pre-drilled holes in the b19a head for the sensors.
