Fixed rate front dampers.

I've a few customers asking about fixed rate front dampers.

Price wise there is only a small saving but fixed rate does offer a few small advantages such as highly acurate race valves and a slightly better piston.

I'm not sure if they are worth doing with a £10 a pair saving but if there is interest I will get some made.
