I have a 2L injection and the shaft that connects the prop to the box (female housing) is broken

If you have a gearbox and your local i can arrange pick up if not i'll have to find a way.

Are you sure it's not just the coupling that is broken? These things break all the time and i've never heard of a gearbox breaking. The coupling is about 6" in front of the gearbox, you can see it through 2 holes in the torque tube which are closed by rubbers. Changing the coupling requires removing of the gearbox. You might as well start removing it and check if it's just that.

Unless you already did that, then I didn't say anything.

what happend was i pulled away rather quick and i just lost all drive to the wheels.

we jacked it up and turned the flywheel and the prop turned but the wheels didn't, took the rubber bungs out of the prop and smoke came out. im really stuck and im not sure exactly what it is but my mate said it was most likely the gearbox. i live in basildon essex if somone could help me out i would be very greatful.
