You dont need to strengthen the prop, but renewing your engine/gearbox mounts so that the prop stays well aligned would be worth the effort IMO.FattyMatty wrote:hey everyone,i havent been on here in a year after selling my drifterive recently bought another 340 and i wanna weld the diff but was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i can strenghten the prop and driveshafts enough to take the strain from the diff being welded??? any info would be a big help and also how can i get v3m stickers?? thanks matt
They usually shred because theyre not alligned propper, is the general consensus these days.
Pm me if youd like a v3m decal.
Theres a thread in the FS section with prices etc.

Why bother - you said you had one before with a welded diff and you hated it?
