Volvo 340 fuel pump *HELP*

Hey.

I have a 340 with a 440 engine in it but i bought it like this and as far as i know it has a rs turbo pump on it and its soooooooo loud and its doing my head in :/ could any body help me plz what could i buy ?? its on line btw! thanks

Let me guess - it's bolted to the floor?

2 solutions..

Buy a different bracket that allows you to fit a big rubber mounting around the pump

or swap to an in tank setup

I've no idea why there is a lack of love for in tank pumps, I've had no surge issues, it just has to be set up correctly. I run an Evo VI pump, but that was because eBay was full of them *very* cheap and I knew it'd flow more than I required. It is pretty much silent, same as my stock Corset at least
