A few days ago my manager at work called me upstairs and said, " Have you seen the car park? Thats Respect ent it?"
Just thought it made a good pic!!!

Indeed, I parked along side a J reg 340 locally today! It's funny how odd that looks with the number plate mounted on the bumper.

also; look at the difference between stainless and plastic window trimming (pasenger door/rear window)

makes it very clear the stainless versions are many, many times better...

I hate the chrome, it looks awful!

black trim is nice for sporty MKIII

I like the oldies a bit more, if the stainless 'chrome' is still in shape it looks pretty good, i think

Over on the mainland the number plate is attached underneath the bumper. That looks a bit better than on it. Is that illegal in the UK? Check:

The license plate is always attached under the bumper at MK3 models, also in the UK. Just not on the one from the picture.

I think raising the number plate is a good idea, but just sticking it on the bumper like that looks terrible. Kev Strong's car is a decent example of how to do it right(ish)...
