it dont look like it cause of the small wheels but yes its low.

I do the wishbone bushes anti roll bar to body bushes and uprated anti roll bar link rods.
The clutch is a bit of a problem as no one makes one as far as I know.

the wheels are 7inch wide by 13inch high and it would take 350 for them

Don't suppose you could measure the ride height from centre of the wheel to the arch?
