I know, I was going to buy that manifold and the pair of c40's on english ebay! oh well, custom route seems the way forward.

That manifold was for single sidedraught- might know where there's a manifold for B19 with twin 45 dellortos-not be cheap mind.

It's all old wives' tales, I tell thee ;) The only thing which sucks is the availability of parts. Husky didst say that once he'd got over the shock, there was nowt between them and the more popular competition...and I've got no grounds for complaint.

Well you see, there in lies the problem.
Ya got be able to mess with crabs-so jet,emulsion tube,gasket availability is fairly important-I think we must agree to disagree-unless you care to step outside :wink:

Nothing a set of drills and some solder won't fix. :) Luckily the Solexs have single-skinned emlusion tubes, so you can drill them ok. We ever managed to find a place which actually did have parts for them....amazing :-D
